  • Ensuring the correct capacity of the trips is fulfilled by securing allocations of hotels and activity bookings with the DMCs to ensure each itinerary has the correct number of departures, ultimately contributing to the growth of Flash Pack.

  • Identifying opportunities for improvement by reviewing the performance of Adventures, and utilising customer feedback (NPS) and insights to action future improvements.

Ensure our customers have excellent support throughout their trip by partnering with DMCs, Pack Leaders and internal teams such as CX and Customer Safety to make sure excellent incident management procedures are followed.

  • You can be flexible at times with your working hours - whilst we aim to provide a set pattern, we have suppliers all around the world, everywhere from Argentina to New Zealand and therefore a level of flexibility would be beneficial.

  • You’re energised by travel and its benefits and believe in our mission!

We’re after the right person. If you don’t quite hit all the criteria, you should still apply based on hitting the majority. Your experience, skills and passion will set you apart so tell us about your achievements, irrespective of whether they are personal or work-related, tell us about your journey, and about what you learnt.
