Job Description

The Retail Operations Intern will support all retail operations activities related to the WW Palm Angels stores, by ensuring that they run efficiently.Cooperates to design retail procedures as needed and support their implementation through a complete overview of store processes.It will be an unpaid 3-month curricular internship.

What you will do

  • Ensure policies and procedures are complete, current, and appropriately filed;
  • Support physical Inventories, Weekly Rotatives, Price Changes and Markdowns management activities
  • Support new Store Openings projects;
  • Support store management and stock management in boutiques on a daily basis
  • Liaise with finance team for monthly reconciliations and stock movements
  • Assist in analyzing and monitoring KPI’s, discounts, and stock movements between stores

Who you are

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Fashion Retail & Management or similar degree
  • Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English and Italian
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to work in team
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong analytical skills required
  • Flexibility and proactivity
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Acute attention to detail
