We're looking for a Senior Consultant to join our growing Financial Services Learning team and help clients build the skills, capabilities and behaviours needed for the future.

This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced consultants and industry specialists, delivering innovative learning and transformation solutions for some of the world's most recognised financial services organisations.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering complex client engagements while building trusted stakeholder relationships and contributing to the growth of our practice.

You will:

• Lead the delivery of workstreams across learning transformation and capability development programmes within financial services.
• Partner with clients to develop innovative learning strategies and capability solutions.
• Support the design and delivery of innovative learning and capability solutions tailored to client needs.
• Support the development of strong client relationships, working closely with stakeholders to understand business priorities.
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal and proposition development and client pursuits.
• Contribute to engagement delivery, operations and risk management activities.
• Support wider People Consulting initiatives through knowledge sharing and practice growth activities.

With a specific focus on Learning & Development, you will:

• Support development of learning strategies aligned to workforce capability needs and learning technologies.
• Design, develop and deploy impactful learning solutions across digital and non-digital formats.
• Contribute to the design of learning strategies, capability frameworks, curricula and learning journeys that address current and future workforce needs.
• Support organisational transformation and behavioural change through learning initiatives and analytics.
• Contribute to proposal development, solution design and client presentations.
• Help develop EY's learning offerings and contribute to the ongoing growth of the practice.
• Drive innovation and bring fresh thinking to create market-leading learning solutions and thought leadership.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

• Consulting experience gained within professional services, consulting, or large-scale in-house transformation environments.
• Experience supporting change and transformation programmes, ideally with a learning or capability focus.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working across diverse groups to deliver successful outcomes.
• Strong project management, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience producing high-quality analysis, reports and client-ready deliverables.
• Experience working within financial services, including banking, insurance, and/or wealth and asset management.
