Job Description

At EY, we’re all in to shape your future with confidence.

We’ll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go.

Join EY and help to build a better working world.

EY OneEdge is an AI-first, insights-driven platform designed to fundamentally reshape how EY delivers value to clients. OneEdge integrates EY proprietary assets, client-owned data, and curated external intelligence to unlock new revenue opportunities, accelerate decision-making, and deliver meaningful operational efficiencies.

Built as a client-facing, secure, and intuitive platform, OneEdge enables direct client interaction while scaling an agentic workforce powered by AI agents and large language models trained on EY proprietary, public, and client data. Together, this creates a seamless continuum—from strategy through transactions, transformation, and managed services— enabling clients to capture value at every stage of their journey.

Role Overview

The OneEdge Business Product Manager is responsible for shaping, scaling, and owning the business value of the OneEdge platform. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, data, and client delivery, translating market needs and EY priorities into a clear product vision and executable roadmap.

As a core member of the OneEdge product leadership team, the Business Product Manager partners closely with engineering, data science, design, and client-serving teams to ensure OneEdge delivers measurable impact for clients while driving commercial growth for EY.

This is a client-facing role, requiring strong product judgment, commercial acumen, and the ability to balance innovation with delivery at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and evolve the business product vision for OneEdge, aligned to EY’s strategy and client needs.
  • Identify high-value use cases across strategy, transactions, transformation, and managed services.
  • Translate client and market insights into clear product outcomes and success metrics.

Product Ownership & Roadmap

  • Own the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing features based on client value, feasibility, and commercial impact.
  • Partner with technology and data teams to shape AI-driven capabilities, including agentic workflows and LLM-enabled insights.
  • Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant use of EY, client, and external data.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a trusted product advisor to client teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand problems, validate solutions, and refine product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with sector leaders and service line teams to embed OneEdge into client engagements.

Commercial Enablement & Value Realization

  • Support go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and business cases for OneEdge capabilities.
  • Enable client teams to articulate and demonstrate OneEdge’s value proposition.
  • Track and report on client outcomes, adoption, and revenue impact.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Define product success metrics (client impact, adoption, efficiency gains, revenue contribution).
  • Manage feedback loops to continuously enhance the platform.

Ensure alignment with EY risk, legal, and data governance standards.

Skills & Experience

Professional Experience

  • 6+ years’ experience in product management, digital transformation, or strategy roles, ideally within consulting, professional services, or technology-enabled businesses.
  • Proven experience owning and delivering digital or data-driven products end-to-end.
  • Experience working with AI, analytics, or data platforms in a client-facing context.

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies (Agile, Lean, discovery-driven development).
  • Ability to translate complex AI and data concepts into clear business value.
  • Experience working with engineering, UX, and data science teams.

Personal Attributes

  • Commercially minded, outcome-focused, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
  • Confident communicator with senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Curious, innovative, and energized by building products that scale.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.
