We're seeking a driven Solutions Engineer with technical expertise and a passion for solution design to join our growing team.

We're evaluagent, a remote, UK-based tech scale-up with a global footprint, serving esteemed brands like Samsung, Ubisoft, First Central, and Vitality Health. Following a recent $20m Series A funding round, we're poised for exponential growth.

Overview:

Salary - In the region of £60,000 per annum, based on your previous experience

Location - Home based in the UK

Type - Full-time, 40 hours, Permanent

Reports to - Director of Professional Services

Key Responsibilities:

As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be the linchpin between our innovative platform and our customers' business challenges. Your mission is to understand their needs, showcase the value of our solutions, and drive technical sales activities.

  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with our Sales and Revenue teams to uncover and address customer needs, ensuring our solutions deliver maximum value.
  • Custom Demonstrations: Craft and deliver tailored product demos that resonate with prospects' and client's unique challenges and needs.
  • Technical Expertise: Lead the technical sales process, including proof of concepts and technical presentations, to win new business.
  • Solution Design: Develop and present solutions that align with customers' business requirements, from technical proposals to RFP responses.
  • Customer Partnership: Feed customer insights into our product roadmap and communicate updates effectively to both prospects and existing customers.
  • Seamless Onboarding: Ensure smooth customer onboarding and ongoing support, driving satisfaction and retention.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to provide expert guidance to our customers and team.

About You:

Technical Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales solution engineering role within a CCaaS / QA / WFM or similar environment.
  • Strong technical background, with experience in cloud-based software, APIs, databases, and web development frameworks.
  • Proficiency in cloud architecture and services; AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
  • API Integration: Strong experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs, including integration of disparate systems. Knowledge of webhooks and event-driven architecture.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced, KPI & Target driven environment with goals directly tied to the sales/CSX team.
  • Proven experience in owning commercial relationships with key technical stakeholders within a sales cycle to formulate concise demonstrations, commercial and technical trials and supporting closing new business.
  • Experience in solution design and developing proposals for customers.
  • The ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in conducting technical product demonstrations and effectively addressing client inquiries.
  • Experience working with CRM and other sales tools.
  • Experience in cloud computing, APIs, integrations, and related technical concepts.
