Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Enablement Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. They will work closely with Sales, Marketing and the wider Revenue Operations team to drive frictionless and predictable revenue growth. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning our revenue-generating teams, implementing effective processes, and leveraging technology to enhance overall revenue performance.

Please note - you will be working mostly remotely, however, we require attendance to the Leeds office once a month for team days, and quarterly for company events.

Day to day we’ll trust you to:   

  • Work cross-functionally and in collaboration with sales, marketing, and other customer facing teams to drive engagement, gather feedback and assess future needs to ensure an aligned approach to revenue generation that helps to achieve Emerald’s overall strategy and goals.
  • Evaluate the end-to-end processes across the revenue workflow (from lead generation to payment) to streamline and improve efficiency across customer-facing functions.
  • Use and optimize technologies, tools, and platforms that support revenue enablement and report on utilisation of such tools and resources.
  • Curate, maintain and deliver sales enablement resources and training programs to ensure all customer-facing teams are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to communicate our product value propositions and sales messaging.
  • Assess the effectiveness of these resources and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of revenue enablement efforts.
  • Promote a customer-centric culture throughout the organization, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in revenue enablement to continually enhance our approach.

You’ll need to have:   

  • Proven experience in a similar role. Sales Operations experience would also work
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and ability to foster this culture throughout our business.
  • Experience of identifying and implementing appropriate technologies is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer-oriented processes.
  • Experience of customer success journeys and processes.
  • Experience of sales enablement tools such as Seismic would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience with CRM platforms. Current platform is Dynamics 365.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with an attention to detail and the ability to use data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively organising and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
