Job Description

Junior Production Associate

London, UK | Full-time | Hybrid

About dunnhumby

dunnhumby is the global leader in Customer Data Science, helping the world's most ambitious retailers and brands put the customer at the heart of every decision. With nearly 3,000 experts across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas, we partner with iconic businesses like Tesco, Coca-Cola, Meijer, Procter & Gamble and Metro to turn data into growth, innovation and measurable value for their customers.

About Tesco Media

Our Media Client Services team is the operational heartbeat of Tesco Media — bringing together campaign management, trafficking, delivery and reporting to make every brand and agency partnership run flawlessly. We turn media bookings into measurable outcomes, working closely with brands, agencies and Tesco Media’s commercial teams from first brief to final report.

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Junior Production Associate to support the delivery of high-quality, relevant and targeted in-store creative campaigns for Tesco Media. You’ll help execute printed communications that are accurate, error free, delivered on time and in line with dunnhumby standards. Working closely with the Production team, you’ll support campaigns from briefing through to delivery, helping coordinate the details needed to bring in-store media to life. You’ll work with internal stakeholders as well as our print, installation and photography partners, building valuable hands-on experience across creative production and retail media.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll play an important role in keeping in-store campaigns organised, accurate and moving smoothly through production.

  • Collate standard BAU in-store media requirements, including sourcing store lists and preparing communications for our print and installation partner.
  • Gather installation instructions and imagery from internal stakeholders, ensuring partners and other stakeholders have the information they need for successful delivery.
  • Compile, organise and summarise installation compliance data, providing clear outputs when required.
  • Support the briefing of our professional photographer and associated production tasks, including uploading and tagging assets within Bynder.
  • Help ensure communications meet quality standards through careful checking, accurate record keeping and effective coordination with stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

You’ll bring a strong eye for detail, an organised approach and an enthusiasm for developing your career in production and retail media.

  • Experience engaging confidently and collaboratively with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Relevant experience in production, print or media, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to help deliver accurate, high-quality work to deadlines.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage information and multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with Excel; experience using CRM or workflow tools such as Monday.com or Salesforce would be advantageous.

What You Can Expect From Us

We won't just meet your expectations. We'll defy them. So you'll enjoy the comprehensive rewards package you'd expect from a leading technology company. But also, a degree of personal flexibility you might not expect. Plus, thoughtful perks, like flexible working hours and your birthday off. And we don't just talk about diversity and inclusion. We live it every day – with thriving networks including dh Gender Equality Network, dh Proud, dh Family, dh One, dh Enabled and dh Thrive as the living proof. We want everyone to have the opportunity to shine and perform at your best throughout our recruitment process — please let your recruiter know what adjustments would help.

UK benefits

  • Hybrid Working: We operate a hybrid working approach, as well as early Friday finishes.

Our approach to Flexible Working

We believe that you will do your best at work if you have a work / life balance.
