Drawing on dunnhumby’s customer science and decades of loyalty expertise, we design and optimise the programmes that keep shoppers choosing our clients and coming back more often. About the Role We’re looking for a Customer Engagement Client Manager. This role sits at the intersection of customer strategy, loyalty, CRM and commercial impact, helping clients create meaningful customer relationships through data-driven engagement programmes. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate customer insight into impactful engagement plans, supporting the design, execution and optimisation of personalised customer experiences that drive loyalty, retention and growth. What You'll Be Doing As a key member of the Customer Engagement team, you’ll help clients maximise the value of their customer data by developing engagement strategies and delivering measurable business outcomes.

  • Lead customer engagement and CRM initiatives across multiple client stakeholders.
  • Translate customer insight into targeted engagement programmes and personalised communications.
  • Partner with analysts, data scientists and client teams to identify opportunities to improve customer loyalty and retention.
  • Measure campaign performance and recommend actions that improve effectiveness and customer value.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and support strategic planning discussions.

What We're Looking For You’ll bring a blend of customer-centric thinking, commercial awareness and strong stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience developing or managing CRM, loyalty or customer engagement programmes.
  • Confidence presenting recommendations and influencing stakeholders at different levels.
  • Ability to turn customer data and insights into actionable business decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven people leadership and team management experience, with the ability to coach, develop and inspire high-performing teams while creating an inclusive and collaborative environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ways of working, with experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver customer engagement initiatives effectively and at pace.
