  • Lead the successful deployment of the Loyalty and Personalisation platform, working closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams and client stakeholders.
  • Configure and support platform set-up, campaigns and client-specific requirements aligned to documented business needs.
  • Develop implementation documentation, training materials and enablement programmes for both clients and internal teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, sharing best practice and supporting operational excellence across the product organisation.

What We're Looking For

You'll be someone who enjoys combining technology, customer engagement and programme delivery to create successful outcomes for clients.

  • Experience delivering technology platform implementations, product deployments or large-scale business change initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across technical, commercial and client-facing environments.
  • Confidence navigating complex delivery programmes while balancing priorities, risks and timelines.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions and platform configurations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and cultures.

You'll Thrive If You…

  • Take ownership of challenges and proactively drive solutions.
  • Are curious about retail, customer behaviour and personalisation.
  • Build credibility quickly and establish trusted partnerships with stakeholders.
