You will act as the voice of the UKI consumer ensuring local market needs and orientation is understood. You must ensure all activity delivers a plan at a high standard in a way that helps achieve the desired outcome as well as taking a curious approach to seeking optimisations to how we can do things differently and continuously improve.

  • Be responsible for the impact of UKI marketing activity, ensuring campaigns meet defined KPIs within the measurement framework.

  • Conduct and synthesise post-campaign analysis to capture key learnings and translate performance data into actionable insights for continuous improvement in future campaigns and business strategies.

Requirements

  • Marketing experience would be ideal but not essential but must exhibit a passion for marketing and natural curiosity for the industry and marketing profession.

  • If possible, a track record of successful achievements in work showing dedication and reliability.

  • Comfortable interpreting data and translating analysis into actions.

  • Strong communication skills, some experience in project management.

  • An ability to think customer first and put yourself in the customer's shoes to help bring a customer centric perspective to problems.

  • Excellent relationship building skills and a collaborative approach to achieving outcomes.

  • Even if you don’t meet all the criteria, we encourage you to apply if you are a passionate, proactive individual with a strong sense of ownership and dedication, coupled with a curiosity for solving complex international business and marketing challenges.
