Account Management & Partner Success Intern (Brussels)

As an Account Management Intern, you won't just be managing relationships; you’ll be a consultant, using Food Tech expertise and data-driven insights to help local businesses thrive and ensure an exceptional experience for our users.
Your Tasks: At the Heart of Partner Success
This 3 to 6-month internship offers a deep dive into the commercial and operational world of a global tech leader, working in a hybrid mode between our Brussels office and the field.
Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of Key Partners, building long-lasting and privileged relationships to ensure sustainable growth on the platform.
Strategic Growth: Manage the deployment and expansion of your partner stores, ensuring they meet both operational and commercial targets.
Data-Driven Analysis: Conduct daily deep dives into brand performance and operational data to identify root causes of issues and propose proactive solutions.
Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with partners to design and execute marketing campaigns that drive visibility and order volume.
Operational Excellence: Spend time in the field to monitor compliance with contractual commitments and ensure the delivery process is seamless for every customer.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
We are looking for a proactive student who balances a "hunter" mindset with sharp analytical skills.
Education: Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
Analytical Skills: You have a knack for numbers and can translate data into actionable improvements for your partners.
Commercial Savvy: You aren't afraid of negotiations or sales discussions. You know how to anticipate partner needs and provide value-driven solutions.
Linguistic Mastery: Native or fluent in Dutch or French, with a good operational understanding of the second language.
Customer Obsession: You use both quantitative and qualitative insights to build a service that is operationally excellent.
Field Spirit: You love being out on the road and getting involved in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant industry.
