About the role:

Deliveroo is looking for a dynamic and analytical mind to join the France Finance and Strategy team for a six-month internship in Financial Planning & Analysis starting March/April 2025. This internship opportunity is designed for students in the process of completing a Master or a Bachelor degree with a first experience in the financial sector.

As a Finance & Strategy Intern in our Financial Planning & Analysis team, you will:

• Financial performance:

Support the team in performing financial analysis to help drive business decisions, with a focus on the marketing spends :

- Help tracking and analysing the financial performance against our reforecast and annual targets.

- Cooperate with the business teams on the monthly reforecast process to ensure exhaustivity and accuracy.

- Participate in ensuring the accuracy of the financial accounts.

- Assist in the preparation of analysis for senior management.

• Problem Solving and daily operation:

- Continuously collaborate with the team to improve efficiency by building new tools, new processes and ensure analytical training of the team.

• Ad-hoc projects & analysis:

- Participate in ad-hoc projects and analysis based on business needs.

Requirements :

- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, excellent team player.

- Experience being part of complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

- Willingness to go into the field and transform observations into hypotheses.

- Ability to work quickly with tight deadlines.

- Advanced Excel and analytics (knowledge of SQL is a plus)

- Fluent and comfortable working in French and English.

- Master Degree or Bachelor degree looking for a 5 months internship.
