About the role

This role will work closely with DTS Denmark leadership team to assist them in daily tasks and also be helping in tracking tasks, planning weekly, monthly, offsite meetings, preparing slide presentations and other practical items that will help in setting up a PMO for DTS Denmark.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop a detailed meeting notes along with actions for weekly, monthly and any other meetings as required
  • This role will require constant follow-up on activities/actions with stakeholders that come up as part of weekly/monthly meetings
  • Managing the actions to ensure full preparation for required Leadership meetings
  • Work with senior stakeholders across the leadership team to ensure the updates are done as planned

This role will be based out of Aalborg.

Who we're Looking For

For you to succeed in this role you need to:

  • Strong communication skills and presentation skills
  • Confident in working with senior stakeholders
  • Strong planning and organisational skills mostly in diary management and organising events
  • Experience in working with Microsoft and Jira/Confluence to help manage and drive progress of team objectives
  • Confident and experienced in working to deadlines
  • Proactive and solution orientated
  • Able to work autonomously on projects whilst also supporting the wider team objectives
