Join us as an Experienced Team Leader!
As a Team Leader, your responsibility will include product knowledge, profitability, quality, productivity, efficiency, and your team of Customer Service Specialists. You will focus on effectively supporting each employee in your team, which means competence development and responsibility of each employee and making sure everyone meets our overall goals. The tasks also include leading operations, quality assurance, coaching, reporting, and following up on measurable production results. You will report directly to your Business Manager.

Requirements
What we are looking for:
Advanced Danish or Norwegian or Swedish or Finnish language user
Intermediate English language user
6 months of leadership experience in a contact centre - preferred
Very good knowledge of Google workspace
High level organizational and leadership skills
Someone who is eager to learn new things and can quickly adapt to change
