We have a new opportunity for an Operational Design & Fulfilment Analyst - Net Zero who will support the Design Lead to map and manage new colleague and customer journeys that meet desired customer and commercial outcomes.

What will you do?

  • Understanding of the end-to-end journeys for the Net Zero portfolio

  • Working with wider Commercial Proposition teams to ensure products and process designs complement labour strategy and future operational plans (both field and office) across Net Zero

  • Stabilising the fulfilment journey capturing and defining the wider industrialisation requirements allowing the business to grow rapidly with greater automation, efficiency, and improved customer experience

  • Facilitate the delivery of end-to-end projects to successfully deploy new products, solutions, and initiatives, journeys, working across multiple teams to do so

  • Identify, define & deliver business initiatives to drive benefit to the customer and the wider P&L through People, Process and Systems optimisation

  • Work collaboratively with Commercial, Service Design, Operational and Field Teams and 3rd parties to understand the implications of project proposals & the controls required to deploy them

  • Celebrate success through benefit realisation ensuring the deployed change has achieved the defined benefits

  • Being accountable for the ongoing management and maintenance of journey design; document changes and updating as we learn from our pilots

  • Contribute ideas for driving for Continuous Improvement and ensuring that design solutions are continually relevant

  • Supporting in drive for innovation across the programme, ensuring technical solutions and design are progressive and deliverable within our commercial framework

  • A detailed end-to-end understanding of how the business currently serves its customers and an understanding of the interactions between internal/external process areas and directorates.

  • Gather and analyse multiple sources of data and provide data driven insight on customer trends, behaviours and demands.

  • Technical development plans to be defined, owned and evolved within the team.

  • Be able to identify operational and financial data requirements and effectively liaise with Technology and business leads to communicate data needs.

  • Stands back from the detail to expose new possibilities in a positive way by challenging assumptions and encouraging positive debate

Community:

  • Active in reaching out into the community, building a local identity in line with our brand values within the communities we serve. Bringing to life of national campaigns and objectives

Conduct, technical and safety standards:

  • Understands business obligations in terms of compliance, standards & audit requirements.

  • Customer and colleague outcomes underpinned by the safest technical workforce in the industry. Consistent delivery of technical standards and process in an environment that fosters continuous improvement and root cause investigation. ​

  • Aligned to our regulatory frameworks, and the stand of being the safest technical workforce in the industry.

  • Ensure customer and employee related information systems are operated to the required standard to maintain accurate and secure records compliant with GDPR

Team development:

  • Enabling relationships with key stakeholders creating a cross team ethos.

  • Ensure strong interaction and liaison between colleagues in pursuit of efficient and effective delivery and a great customer experience.

  • Identifies and removes barriers to enable individuals and the team to be as effective as possible in their role.
