Camunda is the leader in enterprise agentic automation, orchestrating complex business processes, including high-value knowledge work, across agents, people, and systems. By creating production-ready, enterprise-grade agents with built-in governance, Camunda uniquely delivers trusted AI agents for business-critical processes. Over 700 leading innovators like Atlassian, ING, and Vodafone, rely on Camunda to slash time-to-value from months to days, boost operational efficiency, and elevate customer experiences. Camunda was named a Visionary in the inaugural 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies (BOAT).
As a fully remote, global company, we’re rewriting the rules of modern business. Named GP Bullhound’s 2024 Top 100 Next Unicorn list, certified as a Great Place to Work, and recognized by Flexa for true flexibility, we’re growing fast and looking for top talent to join our team. If you’re excited to do meaningful work and make real impact, keep reading, this role could be the one you’ve been waiting for.

You’ll work on high-impact problems that make a powerful, highly scalable platform feel seamless and low-friction for enterprise adoption. Embedded with Product Management and Engineering, and collaborating closely with designers across adjacent areas, you’ll improve end-to-end journeys across the platform. You’ll also contribute to how AI/agentic capabilities evolve in Core workflows—grounded in frequent opportunities to validate and iterate with passionate customers and internal users as Camunda pushes the frontier of enterprise agentic automation.
What you bring:
Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
5+ years designing complex enterprise B2B software
Strong UX craft for technical users (workflows/journeys, not just screens)
UX strategy + systems thinking across connected experiences
High ownership + momentum: takes initiative, drives progress, and thrives in close partnership with PM and Engineering
Candid communication + strong design rationale
Validation mindset (customer/internal) and outcome orientation
Hands-on AI/agentic experience design (guardrails, control, evaluating trust/quality)
Proficiency with Figma (or similar); self-organized remote work
Nice-to-haves:
Technical/engineering background (degree or equivalent experience)
Platform/ops domain experience (console/admin, security/identity, reliability/observability, developer tooling)
Familiarity with orchestration/workflow automation concept
This role is an existing vacancy
