What you’ll build

  • Join a multidisciplinary product team, contributing to the development of the end-to-end User Experience, and ensuring seamless User Flows, continued innovation, and a consistent, cohesive User Experience across our product-suite
  • Team up with the Product Owners, Designers and Engineering Team from our product teams to identify, define, align, and implement User Experiences and UX patterns that help us shape and improve our coherent product.
  • Be an evangelist and advocate of product standards and design best practices while helping us to adopt, improve and contribute to the evolution of our product.
  • As a UX Design Lead, you will spearhead the design process from concept to delivery, fostering team alignment around a unified user experience strategy to ensure innovation and cohesion across our suite of business process products.
  • Maintain a curious mindset, embracing creativity, innovation, and change, with the ability to quickly learn and comprehend complex topics.

What you bring

  • Proven Experience (3 years) in User Experience or Interaction Design.
  • The ability to rapidly understand complex IT systems and technical requirements, utilizing domain expertise to create clear, user-centered designs.
  • Evident skills around User Experience methods, skills, and frameworks like creating Prototypes, forming Information Architecture, and creating UX and UI specifications.
  • In-depth knowledge of methodology to perform User Experience Research like creating User Journeys, Scenarios, Personas, and Storyboards, as well as validating your concepts.
  • Experience in Enterprise Software as well as data and process mining, Analytics and or business process modeling, is a plus.
  • Good understanding of design systems and their technical frameworks.
  • Dedication to being a good team player with the ability to engage, motivate and give feedback to others.
  • Utilize your expertise to define metrics to evaluate and enhance product features and optimize user experience.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous design work is a mandatory requirement for this application and must be included as part of your submission

You’ll lead generative and evaluative research to surface insights, drive UX concepts and validate solutions. You’ll be embedded in a collaborative design org of 20+ designer and researchers across our product area, and an 80+ Signavio Experience Team. You’ll influence the UX strategy, research programs, visualization patterns, and cross‑functional practices that turn process insights into measurable business outcomes.
