  • Perform payroll-related journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis, ensuring alignment between payroll records and financial statements.

  • Oversee and review payroll prepared by third-party providers, ensuring proper accounting treatment, compliance with tax and labor laws, and reconciliation with the general ledger.

  • Collaborate with HR, FP&A, and auditors to ensure payroll-related costs, benefits, and commissions are accurately accounted for in financial statements.

  • Drive process improvements and automation in payroll accounting, implementing best practices for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Experience working with multi-country payroll processing, including knowledge of tax regulations in the U.S., UK, Germany, and Singapore.

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product.

Nice-to-haves:

  • CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
