About the Role:
We are seeking a high-impact, results-oriented Sr. Director of Field & Partner Marketing, EMEA/LATAM to lead all aspects of marketing within the region. This executive will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and will be a strategic partner to the EMEA & LATAM Sales leadership team. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives pipeline acceleration, revenue growth, and market expansion in this geography.
The Senior Director will define the regional growth strategy, drive pipeline acceleration and revenue expansion, and ensure marketing is a primary level for enterprise growth across the region. This role requires a leader with deep enterprise B2B expertise and a proven track record of influencing complex, top-down buying cycles.
What you'll be doing:
Strategic Leadership & GTM: Define and own the holistic regional marketing strategy, aligning all initiatives with regional business objectives and the global top-down enterprise sales motion.
Pipeline & Revenue Accountability: Own regional revenue influence and pipeline targets, including overall pipeline, marketing-sources pipeline, and contribution to closed-won revenue, leverage data and analytics to optimize performance and ROI.
Executive Alignment: Act as the senior marketing executive for the region, serving as strategic advisor to regional GTM leadership and influencing investment priorities, territory strategy, and enterprise account focus.
Demand Generation & ABM: Orchestrate and execute multi-channel demand generation programs and sophisticated, scalable Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting C-suite and VP-level personas within target enterprise accounts.
Marketing alignment: Understanding of what to leverage from centralized functions (e.g., PMM, DG) in marketing and what to build and/or deliver locally with the key goal of optimizing impact for the region at scale.
Regional Team Management: Lead, mentor, and scale a high performing regional marketing team, building leadership bench strength and succession capability across sub-regions.
Budget Management: Own the regional marketing investment strategy and budget, ensuring disciplined allocation aligned to growth priorities and measurable revenue impact.
Partner & Channel Integration: Collaborate closely with the partner team to integrate channel marketing initiatives into the regional strategy where applicable to accelerate reach.
Partner Marketing: Lead the execution of recruiting and activating the partner ecosystem, including understanding different partner types and GTM models, and managing an MDF or other incentivized programs with partners.
Field Events: Lead the execution of hosted events of all sizes and formats from small, intimate executive events to large (1000+ attendee) events.
Sponsored Events: Lead the execution of trade shows of all sizes, from hundreds to 10’s of thousands of attendees.
Customer Advocacy: Lead the design and implementation of scaled customer marketing programs that recruit and foster our advocates, capture and share success stories by vertical and use case.
ADR Oversight: Work closely with sales to ensure the quality of the opportunities coming from the regional ADR organization
Regional Growth Strategy & Planning: Partner with Sales and Finance to develop annual and multip year regional growth plans, including territory prioritization, segment strategy, and resource allocation.
What you bring:
Field Marketing Experience: 10+ years of progressive B2B enterprise software regional field experience, with at least 3 years in a Director level role managing a regional P&L or budget preferred.
Integrated Marketing Leadership: Proven experience managing diverse marketing functions (field, partner, events, customer) simultaneously within a single P&L/region.
Enterprise Marketing Acumen: Deep understanding and proven success in marketing B2B enterprise software/SaaS with an average deal size >$100K and complex, top-down sales cycles.
GTM Leadership: Previous experience working closely with the leadership of sales, pre-sales, customer success, and partners.
Leadership & Management: Strong track record of recruiting, managing, and scaling high-performing regional marketing teams.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Highly analytical and data-fluent, comfortable using metrics (Salesforce, HubSpot dashboards, etc.) to drive decisions, allocate resources, and report outcomes to the C-suite.
Communication & Influence: Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to influence the C-suite and cross-functional leaders globally.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Compensation
We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition.
The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth:
United States: $239,500.00 to $386,200.00
United Kingdom: £150,400.00 to £247,300.00
Singapore: S$297,400.00 to S$446,100.00
If you’re based elsewhere, you’ll be hired via Remote.com (our global employer partner), and your Talent Acquisition Partner will provide a personalized Total Rewards Calculator after your first interview.
