About the Role:

The Camunda Revenue Operations team directly supports our Go To Market (GTM) organization, which includes account development, sales, partners, customer success and consulting. In this remote position, as the GTM Systems Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and aligning technology solutions with the strategic goals of the GTM teams, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the organization's GTM strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue systems administration, and a proven track record of successfully optimizing GTM tech stacks.

What you'll be doing:

  • Administer, manage and enhance various platforms crucial to our Go-To-Market strategy, such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), CPQ, Marketing, and Sales Enablement tools, partnering with stakeholders from our Go-To-Market teams (sales, marketing, customer success, account development) to understand their business requirements.
  • Collaborate with the GTM Systems team to transform business needs into technical solutions, while ensuring comprehensive documentation and testing of system changes to meet requirements and support best practices, guaranteeing effective and sustainable implementations.
  • Provide ongoing support to users, addressing queries and resolving issues to maximize system adoption.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for continuous improvement in system processes and functionality, staying informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies relevant to GTM systems.

What you bring:

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
  • 3+ years of experience in GTM or Revenue systems administration.
  • Proven experience in system integration and administration, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A positive, solution-oriented mindset, readily embracing challenges and opportunities with enthusiasm and confidence.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Salesforce and Sales productivity solutions
  • Hands-on, organized and solution oriented
  • Business Analysis experience

What We Have to Offer:


Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.

The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:

  • United States: $86,400.00 to $129,600.00
  • Germany: €57,500.00 to €86,200.00
  • United Kingdom: £56,000.00 to £84,000.00
  • Singapore: S$107,400.00 to S$161,000.00

If you are outside one of these countries, you would be employed by our Preferred Employer Organization (PEO), Remote.
