What You’ll Be Doing:
Camunda’s consulting team supports prospects and customers along their entire journey with Camunda BPM. As a Senior Technical Account Manager this includes providing ongoing technical guidance in workflow automation projects, including building and maintaining trusting relationships with key stakeholders within multiple accounts to help them achieve technical goals and overcome technical challenges. You will serve as a liaison between the customer and the Camunda organization assisting in collaboration with the product, engineering, customer success, support, consulting, and other teams.
- Develop and drive the creation and execution of Technical Roadmaps that ensure that Camunda is utilized most effectively in achieving strategic long-term goals and in realizing business values fast and efficiently
- Drive consistency, alignment and harmonization of technical aspects across multiple Camunda projects in a customer organizations
- Create technical success plans for each customer project by understanding business objectives and technical needs of customers and positioning business value leading to higher retention and growth, increased adoption, and exceptional customer satisfaction
- Apply Camunda’s adoption framework to increase our customers’ process orchestration maturity, for example by proactively providing guidance in setting up Centers of Excellences (CoEs) tailored to their organizational needs.
- Drive adoption of Camunda within customers by collaborating with the account team to identify additional use cases, projects, and lines of business actively leading to additional vertical and horizontal expansion potential
- Establish trusting relationships with technical stakeholders of key accounts helping them to not only see the value Camunda is providing but also communicate that value to all stakeholders within the organization leading to increased customer loyalty and high customer satisfaction rates
- Work as an active part of the account team assisting in the execution of a Go-To-Market strategy leading to a tailored customer success approach for strategic accounts
This is a remote role and can be based anywhere where we are eligible to hire, please find a list of available countries here. Please note that the customers that you’ll be working with are based in Singapore and Malaysia and an overlap in time zones is required.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Software Development for example
- Hands on experience with at least one high-level programming language (Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, ..) and its enterprise software frameworks
- Excellent understanding of state-of the art IT and Solution Architectures as well as their associated paradigms.
- Experience with DevOps, especially with Kubernetes
- A proven aptitude for strategic thinking, innovative problem-solving, and tailoring software solutions to meet unique customer challenges and requirements.
- Hands-on attitude and a high level of self-motivation to deep-dive into scenarios you may not be super familiar with
- Fluency in English. Hands-on experience in providing consulting services to technical and business stakeholders with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders on all seniority levels
- Ability to provide strong leadership and direction to a multidisciplinary team, such as a a Center of Excellence, including inspiring and motivating team members, setting clear objectives, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Ability and/or willingness to use our product.
Nice-to-haves:
- 2+ years of experience in a Technical Account Manager role
- Experience in developing strategic roadmaps and collaborating with cross functional teams
- Experience in establishing and managing Centers of Excellence
- Experience in enterprise automation, business process management, process orchestration, robotic process automation, or related fields
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are an asset

What We Have to Offer:
Compensation
For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.
Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.
The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:
- United States: $155,600.00 to $233,300.00
- Germany: €103,500.00 to €155,200.00
- United Kingdom: £100,800.00 to £151,200.00
- Singapore: S$193,200.00 to S$289,800.00
