Team Camundata is looking for our next Data Analyst to provide insight and drive strategy for our go-to-market teams.

As part of our Data & Insights team, you'll help maximize business impact through trusted and scalable data solutions, managing our KPI framework and providing essential data services across visualization, modeling, and quality. This role offers the opportunity to directly influence strategic decisions while working with modern data stack technologies.

What you'll be doing:

  • Drive Pipeline Analytics - Analyze conversion metrics throughout the sales funnel, identify bottlenecks, and recommend data-driven strategies to improve lead-to-customer conversion rates.

  • Develop Customer Health Scoring - Design and implement scoring models to track customer health, predict churn risk, and surface opportunities for expansion or intervention.

  • Create Executive Reporting - Produce comprehensive data packs for board meetings and company-wide communications that clearly articulate business performance and highlight key growth opportunities.

  • Identify Revenue Optimization Opportunities - Uncover asymmetries in sales performance, pricing effectiveness, and customer acquisition costs to maximize revenue and optimize go-to-market strategies.

  • Establish Data Governance - Maintain and evolve KPI definitions, ensure data quality, and develop scalable reporting solutions that provide consistent, reliable insights across the organization.

What you bring:

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product.

  • Advanced SQL proficiency with demonstrated ability to write complex queries involving multi-table joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations, and conditional filters

  • Experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, Mixpanel, etc)

  • Proven ability to translate complex business logic into clear technical requirements and actionable insights

  • Experience working with multiple data sources and integrating disparate datasets

Nice to haves:

  • Prior experience specifically with CRM (Salesforce and/or HubSpot) data

  • Git version control experience

  • Knowledge of data modeling best practices

  • Experience presenting data insights to executive stakeholders

  • Background in SaaS or B2B sales analytics

What We Have to Offer:

Compensation

For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.

Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.

The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:

  • United States: $91,200.00 to $136,800.00

  • Germany: €60,700.00 to €91,000.00

  • United Kingdom: £59,100.00 to £88,700.00

  • Singapore: S$113,300.00 to S$170,000.00
