This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects and initiatives, partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand challenges, define requirements and deliver meaningful improvements that support our strategic objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to capture business requirements.

  • Gathering, analysing, validating and documenting business, technical and operational requirements.

  • Producing functional and technical specifications that support successful project delivery.

  • Creating AS-IS and TO-BE process maps and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • Supporting solution design by working with technical teams, service designers and subject matter experts.

  • Managing stakeholder expectations and helping resolve conflicting requirements.

  • Assisting with user acceptance testing, including scenario development and test script support.

  • Supporting the development of strategic roadmaps and contributing to continuous service improvement initiatives.

What Does It Take To Be Successful?

We're looking for someone who can quickly understand business challenges, build strong relationships and turn complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions.

Essential

  • Experience working as a Business Analyst.

  • Strong requirements gathering and definition experience.

  • Experience working across multiple business functions within IT project environments.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Well organised with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to influence stakeholders and challenge constructively where needed.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Agile, PRINCE2 and/or ITIL methodologies.

  • Experience of business process mapping and process re-engineering.

  • Experience supporting large-scale business transformation programmes.

  • Exposure to project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or MS Project.

  • Knowledge of data management best practice.

  • Experience using analytics or reporting tools, including Power BI.

  • Understanding of benefits realisation approaches.
