Job Description

As Business Transformation Analyst you will support the delivery of business transformation and operational improvement activity within Network Operations, TUI Airline by providing structured analysis, clear documentation and practical recommendations. The role helps assess current capability across people, process, technology and governance, identifies opportunities for improvement, and supports the development of future-state requirements, implementation plans and measurable business outcomes. This is a support and analysis role, not a programme leadership role. The role provides the structure, evidence and practical insight required to help business and leadership teams make informed decisions and deliver sustainable change.

We are happy to consider this opportunity on a hybrid working model basis with an average of 2 days per week based onsite at our Wigmore House, Luton office. Occasional travel to our other Airline AOC offices including Germany, Belgium and The Netherlands should be expected but this is not anticipated to be excessive.

The role is offered on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.

Applications close 6 September 2026

ABOUT OUR OFFER

Personal benefits: Attractive remuneration, discretionary bonus schemes, generous travel benefits, extensive health & well-being support, and more
Flexible working: Work is something you do, not somewhere you go. We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment
A career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions
Broaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams
Community: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation
