Why this job matters

The Vertical Marketing Manager will lead the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns within key verticals across CPS and Global. Bringing together thought leadership, demand generation and go-to-market activity to generate leads, new contacts, opportunities and revenue to support sales targets, through industry specific programmes. The individual in this role will be responsible for planning and executing a coherent vertical marketing plan, including both direct and digital marketing, social media, and customer activity.

What you’ll be doing

  • Create and execute vertical marketing plans in alignment with the Field Marketing planner & vertical stakeholders
  • Work closely with vertical sales teams, insights team and portfolio and partner teams to identify compelling business challenges and build value propositions and solutions to solve them.
  • Develop thought leadership content including strong USPs, case studies and use cases
  • Design and deliver UK and global vertical marketing campaigns - segmenting the target accounts and audience, prioritising the right marketing channels including digital, 3rd party events and customer roundtables
  • Run integrated marketing campaigns with the objective of generating leads, revenue, and new contacts.
  • Write, edit, and direct the creation of vertical content
  • Collaborate with product and partner marketing to include offers, incentives and new product launches into the vertical plan

Experience you'll have

  • Understanding of all aspects of the marketing mix, including research, insight, message development, channels and measurement.
  • Previous experience in vertical marketing
  • Experience in creating successful and revenue-impacting marketing campaigns.
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Strong Commercial acumen
  • Confident presenter
