About the role

BT is seeking an experienced SAP GRC Process Control (PC) Consultant to help and enhance the enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance landscape. The role will be capable for implementing, configuring, helping, and optimizing SAP GRC Process Control solutions to strengthen control monitoring, compliance management, audit readiness and regulatory compliance across the organization.
Work closely with Internal Audit, Risk Management, Security, Compliance, and Business Process Owners to automate control activities, streamline compliance processes, and improve overall governance capabilities.

What you’ll be doing

• Hands-on experience in implementing, helping, and enhancing SAP GRC Process Control solutions, including end-to-end delivery of enhancements from requirement gathering through deployment and post-production support.
• Strong experience in analysing, troubleshooting, and resolving SAP GRC Process Control production issues and providing sustainable solutions.
• Experience in configuring and helping GRC PC Master data, Control Testing, Assessments, MCP, Surveys, and Certifications within SAP GRC Process Control.
• Expertise in creating, maintaining, and monitoring Automated Controls (CCMs) in SAP GRC
• Experience in development and maintenance of compliance dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics for management reporting and audit requirements.
• Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, control owners, auditors, and technical teams to deliver compliance and governance solutions.
• Evaluates business models, processes, and operations to develop a good understanding of business needs and requirements.
• Perform control testing for both ITAC & ITGC as per the scope and requirement.
• Work effectively as a team member, share responsibility, provide support, maintain communication and update senior team members on progress of tasks.
• Conduct research and assist senior team members in preparing business presentations and information memorandums.
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with business.
• Ensuring adherence to quality protocols specified for the project.
• Capable for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.

Essential Skills / Experience

• Skills and Attributes for Success


 Candidate will have minimum 4-8 years of experience in SAP IT Audit with knowledge of IT governance practices.
 Lead SAP Risk and Controls projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
 Should have completed at least 2-3 Risk & Control engagements covering pre-& post implementation reviews, assessments, control design and testing for SAP ECC and/or S4 HANA landscape.
 Perform SAP audits, focusing on system integrity and data accuracy.
 Design and assess SAP S4 controls, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk and control considerations into broader project objectives.
 Provide insights on SAP risk and control trends and best practices.
