  • Influencing how work evolves across the business, redefining roles, skills and workforce strategies to create a high-performing, future-ready organisation.
  • Playing a key role in delivering major people transformation programmes that drive commercial outcomes, accelerate organisational performance and enable sustainable business growth.
  • Building future skills, particularly in digital, data and AI‑enabled ways of working.
  • Strengthening leadership effectiveness through coaching and high‑performance team development.
  • Using colleague and business insight to improve organisational health, engagement and performance.
  • Embedding AI‑first ways of working to enhance productivity, decision‑making and colleague experience.
  • Developing diverse talent pipelines and supporting succession for critical roles.

Essential Skills / Experience

  • Strategic business partnering – able to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, aligning people strategy with commercial priorities
  • Experience in building a future-ready workforce, shaping organisational capability, workforce strategy and ways of working to support sustainable growth and business transformation.
  • People change and transformation leadership, guiding teams through major organisational shifts with clarity and engagement.
  • Commercial acumen, understanding how people decisions drive business performance, growth and productivity
  • Coaching and mentoring senior leaders to strengthen capability, improve judgement and support confident decision‑making.
  • Stakeholder management across complex, matrixed environments, maintaining strong relationships while navigating competing priorities.
  • Shaping and implementing organisational structures that build future capability, enhance agility and support the delivery of business strategy.
  • Holistic and systems thinking to ensure decisions are integrated, future‑focused and aligned across the organisation.
