  • Work with internal BT teams on JGTM opportunities through the partner ecosystem and support business cases for new initiatives.
  • Be the ‘voice of the partner’ within BT to facilitate knowledge-sharing, innovation, and best practices.
  • Establish and operate effective partnership governance.
  • Identify down-side risks to BT and ensure mitigations are developed and executed.
  • Provide consultative advice and actionable insights for opportunities & risks across BT.
  • Work effectively with a broad range of internal stakeholders at senior and working level.

Essential Skills / Experience

  • Proven partner management, account management and/or business development experience, with a track record of building and maintaining strategic commercial relationships that deliver mutual value and support business growth.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the tenacity and resilience to navigate complex environments, challenge constructively and secure positive outcomes with both operational stakeholders and senior executives.
  • Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with the ability to identify growth opportunities, develop partnership strategies, translate market insights into action, and deliver measurable business results.

Desirable Skills / Experience

  • Prior work alongside or within technology partners, alliances, or ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability in deal structuring.
