  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, project teams and strategic partners as required.
  • Act as a technical and operational escalation point across the team.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture, solution designs and associated technical documentation.
  • Produce technical specifications, solution design artefacts, system schematics and implementation documentation.
  • Support internal procurement and technology evaluation activities, including Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), business cases and supplier assessments.
  • Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for Genetec systems, ensuring optimal performance, resilience and service availability.
  • Support project mobilisation activities, including workshops, requirements development and engagement with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support implementation and deployment activities, including system setup, programming, configuration, integration testing and go-live support.
  • Support commissioning, operational acceptance and project closure activities.
  • Deliver knowledge transfer and training to operational teams, ensuring effective adoption and utilisation of solutions.
  • Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed teams.

Essential Skills / Experience

  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in the design, deployment and support of electronic security and access control systems.
  • Strong understanding of IP-based security systems, networking, video surveillance technologies, system integrations and migration activities.
  • High level of expertise in the design, deployment and management of integrated enterprise physical and technical security solutions, including ICT infrastructure, hosting environments and network architectures.
  • Proven experience delivering physical security systems and application projects within a large corporate or enterprise environment.

Desirable Skills / Experience

  • Certified and experienced in Genetec Access Control (AACS) and CCTV applications. Experience with platforms such as Lenel or CCURE would be advantageous.
