
Sales Specialist (Secure Workplace)

About the role
This is an opportunity to join a specialist sales team focused on Secure Workplace solutions, supporting customers to modernise how their people work securely, flexibly, and productively. You’ll operate within a wider enterprise and public sector sales environment, working alongside account teams, solution specialists, and technical experts to shape and close opportunities.
The role sits at the intersection of workplace transformation, security, and networking, and you'll be engaging with mid-market and enterprise customers to position end-to-end solutions that protect users, devices, and data. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth in a high-priority portfolio, owning opportunities from early qualification through to deal closure.
Success in this role comes from combining strong sales discipline with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value. You'll be helping customers understand how secure workplace solutions can reduce risk, improve user experience, and enable hybrid working at scale.
What you’ll be doing
Essential Skills / Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within technology, telecoms, or IT services environments
- Track record of achieving or exceeding revenue and sales targets
- Effective pipeline management and sales forecasting capability
- Understanding of Secure Workplace, end-user computing, or workplace transformation solutions
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders (e.g. CIO, CISO, IT leadership)
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Confident translating technical solutions into clear business outcomes
Desirable Skills / Experience
Exposure to public sector or regulated industry customers
Knowledge of Microsoft Modern Workplace, M365, or similar ecosystems
Familiarity with managed services or as-a-service commercial models
Experience working within a matrixed or overlay sales structure
