Location: Birmingham, Bristol, Leeds, London, Manchester or Sheffield

Why this job matters

As a Sales Specialist, you will be driving new business by delivering sales solutions in the contact centre technology space. You will join a team that supports one another to achieve individual sales targets while celebrating collective successes. You'll work closely with key clients across the UK, understanding their business drivers and contact centre needs to tailor and present the most effective CCaaS technology offerings. Your deep knowledge of contact centre products and ability to manage complex, high-value deals along with collaboration and support from internal teams will drive customer success.

What you’ll be doing

• Collaborating closely with account management and business development teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with broader business goals.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers across key verticals—particularly finance and professional services—ensuring a deep understanding of their business needs and challenges.
• Driving pipeline development and taking full ownership of achieving and exceeding sales targets for CCaaS and related services.
• Maintaining in-depth commercial and technical knowledge of your product portfolio – being the subject matter expert for CCaaS and value-added services with awareness across the broader Modern Workplace suite.
• Working closely with key vendor partners, ensuring relevant certifications are current and leveraged to deliver value and influencing partner engagement to drive strategic alignment and joint sales success.
• Monitoring industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to inform strategy and identify opportunities, as well as sharing insights internally to support ongoing development and enablement across the team.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience selling complex Contact Centre/CCaaS solutions.
• Consistently achieiving sales targets and a track record of closing high-value deals.
• Able to build and manage customer relationships, influencing both technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of key platforms such as Genesys, NICE CXone, RingCentral, Avaya, and Mitel.
• Experience working with technology vendors and maintaining productive relationships.
• Knowledge of key verticals such as Financial Services and Professional Services is highly desirable.
• Accreditation with related CCaaS vendors is highly desirable.
