Flexible Working
The BT group operates a 3 together, 2 wherever working model. This means you are required to be at your contractual location 3 days a week with 2 flexible days per week.

About the role

EE is building a market-leading Loyalty & Rewards proposition designed to deepen customer relationships, increase engagement and retention, and create meaningful value for millions of customers. As Partnerships & Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping that proposition by identifying, securing and growing strategic partnerships that bring compelling rewards, benefits and experiences to our customers.

Sitting within Consumer New Markets, you'll lead loyalty and rewards partnerships across EE, including EE One Up and the wider EE customer base. You'll be responsible for building a high-value portfolio of partners that enhances the customer proposition whilst delivering measurable commercial value for both EE and our partners.

Leveraging EE's scale, customer reach and multi-channel activation capability, you'll work with leading brands to create differentiated propositions spanning areas such as tickets, technology, treats, lifestyle, family, health and wellbeing. Working closely with Commercial, Brand, Product, Finance, Legal and Delivery teams, you'll help shape partnerships that strengthen EE's position as the UK's best-connected and most rewarding network.

This is an end-to-end partnership’s role, owning the full partnership lifecycle from market mapping and proposition development through to commercial negotiations, contracting, launch, governance, optimisation and growth. You'll combine strategic thinking with commercial delivery, identifying new opportunities, building compelling business cases and ensuring partnerships deliver outstanding outcomes for customers, partners and EE alike.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and deliver the loyalty and rewards partnership strategy and pipeline, identifying brands and propositions with strong customer relevance and strategic fit with EE.
  • Originate, develop and close new partnerships, creating compelling propositions and business cases that deliver mutual value.
  • Lead partner relationships and negotiations, securing differentiated offers and sustainable commercial terms.
  • Design partner propositions for EE One Up and the broader EE customer base, with clear customer value and seamless customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams to support the successful launch and promotion of new loyalty and rewards partnerships across customer channels.
  • Lead delivery from concept to launch, coordinating key stakeholders across legal, procurement, finance, technology, operations and customer experience teams.
  • Establish effective partner governance and performance management processes.
  • Track KPIs and use insight to optimise customer engagement, commercial performance and partner value.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, approvals and reporting, maintaining a clear view of pipeline value and investment.
  • Represent loyalty and rewards partnerships with senior stakeholders across EE and BT Group.

Essential Skills / Experience

  • Proven business development and strategic partnership experience, with a strong track record of sourcing, negotiating, launching and growing complex consumer partnerships.
  • Strong commercial judgement and financial acumen, including business case development, forecasting, pricing, investment appraisal and negotiation of mutually beneficial commercial terms.
  • Experience of loyalty, rewards, subscription, digital marketplace, retail, media, technology or consumer services partnerships.

Desirable Skills / Experience

  • Experience developing customer propositions that drive engagement, loyalty and retention.
  • Experience working across a complex, matrix organisation and influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Experience launching and scaling new products, propositions or partnerships.
  • Knowledge of partnership governance, performance measurement and optimisation.

Our Package

Tailored benefits make a real difference. That’s why we offer a comprehensive range to support your growth, wellbeing, and everyday life. You can design the package to suit you and your lifestyle. Your core benefits include:

  • 10% on target annual bonus
  • Access to an online private GP 24/7 for you and your immediate family
  • Market-leading paid carers leave with up to 2 weeks off
  • Equalised maternity, paternity, and adoption leave – 18 weeks’ full pay and 8 weeks’ half pay
  • Discounted EE and BT products, including mobile and broadband
  • Market leading Pension scheme – 5% from you and 10% from us
  • Holiday purchase scheme

You can select additional benefits, including healthcare, dental, gym memberships and more when you’re ready.

At EE, we’re harnessing the power of technology to bring people together and make life better.

You’ll use your energy and ambition from similar roles where you’ve thrived, met goals, achieved targets, influenced others, or provided great service and you’ll already have the transferrable skills to shine here. You’ll take responsibility for delivering results and collaborate with your team to share ideas and celebrate success. We’ll give you all the training, tools, and support you need to build your confidence and achieve your targets.

We understand that life doesn’t always follow a set schedule, so we help our people work flexibly – for example, allowing you to plan your own breaks or bank time off to make sure you don’t miss the moments that matter most.

We have a singular culture that unites all our people: we are customer-first challengers, who are committed, clear and connected. Bring your energy, curiosity, and ambition – and we’ll match it with opportunity. Join us at EE and turn your potential into performance.

[For corporate TA within Consumer]

EE is the UK’s largest mobile network and a core brand within BT Group’s Consumer unit. Many of our roles are employed by EE but work across a growing, multi‑brand Consumer environment – supporting customers across our family of brands, BT, EE and Plusnet.

You’ll benefit from EE’s strong people proposition, development opportunities and culture, while helping shape the future of consumer connectivity at scale.
