Our internal Digital unit is responsible for leading BT’s digital transformation, driving experience innovation and delivering the products and services our customers need.

What you’ll be doing

You will work closely with experienced engineers to design, build, and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform that help thousands of employees work more efficiently.

Learn job-specific skills:

  • Support the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to implement new workflows, forms, integrations, and service catalogue items.
  • Analyse user requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Help maintain the stability and performance of the ServiceNow platform.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Work with the internal Service Now Platform & Centre of Excellence team across all modules.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, planning, and release cycles.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, automation, and user experience.
  • Troubleshoot issues and assist with platform upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
  • This role is based at a strategic work location, and you’ll be expected to be in the office 3 days minimum every week.

As part of this role, you will go through funded courses to certify in the design, build and maintenance of a Service Now Platform.

Entry Requirements

On target for a 2.2 and have a relevant STEM degree such as:

Applied Computer Science

Computer Engineering

Computer Networking

Computer Science

Starting Salary £35,500

This is a 24-month Graduate position, with a permanent position within BT Group on successful completion of your programme.
