What you’ll be doing

  • Plan and execute demand generation campaigns to drive pipeline and business growth.
  • Oversee campaign effectiveness, using data and analytics to optimise performance and ROI.
  • Manage relationships with agencies and partners, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Collaborate across performance and acquisition channels to maximise conversion and funnel outcomes.
  • Track, analyse, and report on key metrics, recommending improvements for future campaigns.
  • Support testing and innovation in demand generation, adopting new approaches and technologies.
  • Ensure marketing investments are prioritised and allocated for maximum impact.
  • Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team culture, sharing best practice and supporting colleagues.

Skills required for the job

  • Strategic thinking and planning across multi-channel demand generation and performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting campaign data, performance metrics, and ROI.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, collaborating across teams and with external partners.
  • Project management skills to oversee campaign execution and optimisation.
  • Ability to manage agency and partner relationships, including contract negotiation and performance accountability.
  • Commercial awareness, understanding how demand generation drives business outcomes.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to testing, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and address challenges in demand generation activities.

Experience you would be expected to have

  • Proven experience planning and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in managing agency and partner relationships to drive performance.
  • Hands-on involvement in analysing campaign data and optimising for ROI and conversion.
  • Experience collaborating across performance, acquisition, and marketing teams to deliver results.
  • Background in investment planning and budget management for marketing activities.
  • Track record of supporting testing, innovation, and adoption of new marketing technologies.
  • Exposure to navigating complex marketing ecosystems and delivering transformation initiatives.
  • Experience reporting on campaign effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement.
