  • Produce clear, concise tables, charts, and narrative outputs to answer commercial questions.

  • Contribute to the automation of manual Excelbased reporting.

Collaboration & Ways of Working

  • Work within an agile, crossfunctional squad alongside product owners, data engineers, and decision scientists.
  • Participate in standups, sprint ceremonies, and planning.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical tasks.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve data quality, and automate manual tasks.
  • Learn and adopt BT standards for code quality, versioning, tagging, and governance.
  • Stay current with industry analytics practices and BT’s cloud tooling.

  • Experience using Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Curiosity, strong attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to explain findings clearly to nontechnical audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Desirable (Training Provided)

  • Experience with BigQuery, GCP, or other cloud data platforms.
  • QlikSense report building.
