At BT Group, we generate over £10 billion in revenue, offering enormous opportunities for our people and positioning us as No. 1 in the market. Our Consumer Unit is home to three iconic brands - BT, EE, and Plusnet. Each brand is unique, catering to different segments of the market, and collectively, they generate more revenue than any other part of BT. Our goal is ambitious yet achievable: to create a connection in every home in the UK by 2025.

As part of EE Consumer, you’ll work at the heart of this ambition, helping us create digital, data-led, and customer-first experiences that transform lives and businesses across the country.

This role is pivotal in driving the commercial success of our consumer propositions for the BT and EE brands, developing and managing propositions across the core categories of Broadband, TV and Mobile.

You will develop solutions that meet our customers’ needs and commercial ambition, ensuring that what we take to market is relevant, differentiated, and drives growth. Your work directly impacts on customer acquisition, ARPU, retention, and brand perception ensuring that we win in the market.

What you’ll be doing

  • Turn product features and insights into clear, compelling customer offers that drive growth and loyalty.
  • Work with Product, Pricing and Consumer teams to create commercially strong propositions and deliver effective go‑to‑market plans.
  • Use customer insight, NPS and competitor analysis to improve propositions and shape segment strategies (e.g., youth, families, high‑value).
  • Build and present business cases and performance updates to stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with Product Tribes and Technical teams to ensure smooth launches, feature readiness and high‑quality outcomes.
  • Manage the full proposition lifecycle, from launch to optimisation to retirement, considering customer and commercial impact.
  • Support and engage the wider Customer Marketing team as part of the new organisational structure.

What skills you’ll need

  • Experience in telco customer marketing development and delivery.
  • Proven ability to build and launch customer propositions that drive growth.
  • Strong understanding of pricing, product, marketing and customer insight.

  • Collaborative leader able to align and influence cross‑functional teams.
  • Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and navigating complex, fast‑paced environments.

Benefits:

  • BT Pension scheme, minimum 5% Employee contribution, BT contribution 10%
  • From January 2025, equal family leave: receive 18 weeks at full pay, 8 weeks at half pay and 26 weeks at the statutory rate. It’s for all parents, no matter how your family is made up
  • Enhanced women’s health support: including help with menopause symptoms, cancer screenings, period care and more
  • 25 days annual leave (not including bank holidays), increasing with service
  • 24/7 private virtual GP appointments for UK colleagues

A few points to note:

Although these roles are listed as full-time, if you’re a job share partnership, work reduced hours, or any other way of working flexibly, please still get in touch.

We will also offer reasonable adjustments for the selection process if required, so please do not hesitate to inform us.

Don’t meet every single requirement:

Studies have shown that women and people who are disabled, LGBTQ+, neurodiverse or from ethnic minority backgrounds are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet every single qualification and criteria. We're committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace where everyone can be their best, so if you're excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every requirement on the Job Description, please apply anyway - you may just be the right candidate for this or other roles in our wider team.
