Why this job matters
This role ensures that customer satisfaction is maintained through delivery of key contract obligations, and at the same time, ensuring that P/L MTP targets plus cash is delivered for BT to the agreed timescales. The contract manager is the key interface with the customer for the in-life delivery.
What you’ll be doing
- Accountable for ensuring contract obligations are delivered.
- Responsible for ensuring MTP is delivered for their contracts. Excluding sales growth.
- Accountable for ensuring customer receives accurate bills.
- Ensuring customer billing disputes are resolved
- Accountable for complying to Group Contract Governance Standards.
- Leadership of the teams that support the delivery of the contract. This can include offshore contract management, Service, delivery, contract accounting and legal

What we would like to see on your CV
- Mandatory experience of having managed complex contracts e2e in the past.
- Managing difficult customer situations.
- Managed P/L’s and delivered required outcomes.

Flexible working
BT have moved to a hybrid working model - you can work from home 2 days per week. This means you’ll be at your contractual location 3 days a week.
