  • Supporting the management of small claims litigation by reviewing dispute documentation and advising the business on Consumer Law issues and litigation risk.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships across Marketing, Digital, Consumer Legal, Group Legal and Regulatory Affairs to enable effective collaboration and joined-up legal support.
  • Delivering clear, concise legal advice and risk-based reporting that supports senior stakeholders in making informed and commercially sound decisions.
  • Contributing to horizon scanning activities to help the business identify, understand and prepare for developments in Consumer Law and related compliance requirements.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider legal team, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to deliver high-quality legal advice across the function.
