  • Analysing customer, product and conduct-related data to identify trends, risks and areas for improvement.
  • Supporting product reviews, vulnerability assessments, audit activity and regulatory readiness initiatives.
  • Building strong relationships across Product, Risk, Compliance and Commercial teams to support effective governance and decision-making.

Essential Skills / Experience

  • Experience within a Financial Services, risk, governance, compliance, controls or related environment.
  • Understanding of Consumer Duty, FCA regulation or customer outcome frameworks.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working with a range of stakeholders.

Desirable Skills / Experience

  • Experience producing management information, reporting or governance packs.
  • Exposure to governance forums, committees or secretariat activities.
  • Familiarity with Excel, Power BI or other reporting and data analysis tools.
