About the role
Consumer Financial Services is building a brand-new first-line Conduct & Control function to support a growing portfolio of regulated lending, insurance and embedded finance products.
As a Conduct & Control Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting the governance, reporting and oversight activities that help ensure good customer outcomes and strong regulatory compliance across the Financial Services portfolio.

What you’ll be doing
- Producing management information, reporting and governance packs to support oversight across the Financial Services portfolio.
- Supporting governance forums through agenda preparation, action tracking, minute taking and maintaining decision logs.
- Maintaining incidents, issues and action trackers, ensuring progress is monitored and reported effectively.
- Supporting control testing activities and gathering evidence from stakeholders across the business.
- Analysing customer, product and conduct-related data to identify trends, risks and areas for improvement.
- Supporting product reviews, vulnerability assessments, audit activity and regulatory readiness initiatives.
- Building strong relationships across Product, Risk, Compliance and Commercial teams to support effective governance and decision-making.
Essential Skills / Experience
- Experience within a Financial Services, risk, governance, compliance, controls or related environment.
- Understanding of Consumer Duty, FCA regulation or customer outcome frameworks.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working with a range of stakeholders.
Desirable Skills / Experience
- Experience producing management information, reporting or governance packs.
- Exposure to governance forums, committees or secretariat activities.
- Familiarity with Excel, Power BI or other reporting and data analysis tools.
- Experience tracking actions, risks, incidents or audit findings.
- An interest in building a career within Conduct Risk, Governance, Controls or Financial Services regulation.
