As Commission Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving sales performance by managing and administering commission processes for our sales channels. You’ll ensure accurate and timely commission calculations, provide valuable reporting and insights, and work closely with Sales, Finance and IT teams to improve processes and support our commercial goals.

What you’ll be doing
• Provide insight and analysis on commission performance against budget, highlighting trends and opportunities.
• Manage commission claims and deals to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Use commercial expertise to assess and determine commission payments due.
• Act as a subject matter expert for EE commission payments, supporting internal teams with queries and guidance.
• Drive improvements in forecasting, reporting and performance across the relevant sales channels.
• Ensure all processes, governance and compliance requirements are followed, identifying opportunities to reduce risk and errors.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to communicate the value of effective processes, improving customer and sales experience while supporting revenue growth and cost efficiencies.
• Build a strong understanding of end-to-end processes, identifying team interdependencies and working effectively with others to deliver shared business goals.
The skills you’ll need
• Strong understanding of commission, finance processes and controls.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret complex datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience creating reports, insights and recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience working within a Business Sales environment, with an understanding of sales performance reporting.
• Ability to review end-to-end processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Confident communicator, able to present insights and handle challenging conversations with stakeholders.
• Experience with PayPlan and BT commission processes would be beneficial.
