Through this strategy it will Improve efficiency and effectiveness of public services, address social, economic, and health inequalities, empower local communities to participate in decision-making and foster economic growth and resilience in underserved areas.

Your role will be instrumental in continue to drive sales in the established Health strategy, co-create the strategy for Local Government, Education and Housing with commercial/proposition and drive the sales in the region.

What you’ll be doing

  • Strategic Planning – Develop and execute account development plans, drive growth, self-generate new opportunities, and respond to leads effectively.
  • Market & Segment Insight – Identify target segments, trends, and customer problem statements, aligning BT’s technology propositions to sector needs.
  • Relationship Management – Build strong, trusted relationships with C-suite and key stakeholders across Health & Social Care, acting as a strategic advisor.
  • Solution Selling – Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to create tailored solutions and guide customers through the end-to-end buying journey.
  • Contract Negotiation & Defence – Lead negotiations and renewals, ensuring alignment with BT’s commercial priorities and risk frameworks.
  • Thought Leadership – Represent BT at industry events, contribute sector insight, and position yourself as a credible authority in Health & Social Care.
  • Client Satisfaction & Issue Ownership – Serve as the point of contact for billing and service concerns, ensuring positive customer outcomes and promoter-level satisfaction.
  • P&L Ownership – Manage the financial performance of your accounts, ensuring accurate billing, correct tariffing, and strong commercial control.

Flexible working
