• Take a creative, solutions-focused approach to progressing key opportunities, overcoming challenges and unlocking value.
• Champion the full BT Wholesale portfolio, as well as the broader BT product and capability offering, to maximise customer impact.
• Represent BT at industry events and exhibitions, demonstrating professionalism, expertise, and market insight.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, drawing on internal subject matter experts and stakeholder support to progress and close opportunities.
The skills you’ll need
• Customer-focused: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, influence, and build trust at all levels, always leading with empathy.
• Commercially astute: Strong understanding of deal economics, including P&L, pricing strategies, and business case development, paired with confident negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Innovative thinker: Proactive in identifying new opportunities, bringing creative ideas to life, and driving them through the organisation.
• Industry expertise: Deep knowledge of the wholesale market, including current trends, emerging technologies, and how the ecosystem operates.
• Relationship builder: Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships at senior levels, with the capability to lead and influence both directly and in virtual environments.
