What you’ll be doing


You’ll fully utilise and further develop your passion for ESG/Sustainability issues and reporting requirements and regulations, supporting in the delivery of our ESG strategy across the organisation and will be instrumental in the production, collation, analysis, and distribution of ESG related data, metrics, and reports. From experience to date, you’ll already have awareness of current regulatory requirements and perform horizon scanning to prepare for future requirements.

In this newly created role with huge growth potential, a thorough approach will be required along with an innate drive to deliver high quality analysis and output, working collaboratively within / across teams, working with both internal and external stakeholders, and at times independently. You’ll evaluate requirements and framing outputs to provide insight, and support teams to take actions that deliver improvement based on the insight gained.
You’ll be technically adept at using Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint) to model, analyse and structure output. We’d love to see some knowledge of advanced data analytics and/or data science tools, techniques and languages, e.g. SQL, Python, R.
Additionally, experience of producing ESG related reporting within insurance, including ClimateWise, TCFD, ISSB, CSRD, etc. would be highly beneficial but by no means essential as these can be learnt.
