Job Description

About Bradshaw

Bradshaw Advisory is a cross between a think tank, an economics and data consultancy, and a public affairs agency. We work on a variety of projects from leading high-impact policy commissions like the Inclusive Growth Commission, to supporting clients to access funding ranging from the Future Nuclear Enabling Fund to the Levelling Up Fund.

Our clients are often world leaders from a variety of industries, covering the built environment, tech and financial services. A diversity of work provides you and the team with plenty of development opportunities.

This is an exciting moment to join us as we continue to grow. We are a small firm with big ambitions, expanding year on year and creating new opportunities for our team along the way. We reject dull corporate structure, foster a startup mindset and run a flat structure - valuing ideas over hierarchy. We’re a true meritocracy: contributions are recognised and rewarded quickly, and progression is based on impact, not time served.

We all work a 4-day week to enjoy a 3-day weekend so our people can have a healthy work-life balance. All colleagues get a generous annual leave allowance and bank holidays can be flexed.
