Job Overview:

Boomi is seeking a talented and highly motivated Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Community Cloud to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. As a Salesforce Developer at Boomi., you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions, with a primary focus on Community Cloud. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and integration of Salesforce applications, enhancing our ability to engage and support our customers and partners.

Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions, primarily focused on Community Cloud, to support various business processes and requirements.

Community Cloud Expertise: Leverage your expertise in Salesforce Community Cloud to build, configure, and maintain community portals, ensuring an exceptional user experience.

UX/UI Design: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create and implement user-friendly interfaces within Community Cloud, ensuring a seamless and visually engaging experience for users.

Customization: Customize and extend the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning components, Visualforce, and other development tools to meet the company's specific needs, with a strong focus on user-centric design.

Integration: Collaborate with integration teams to integrate Salesforce with various external systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy, and providing a seamless user experience.

Technical Design: Create and maintain technical design documentation to outline solution architecture, data models, and system workflows.

User Support: Provide technical support and expertise to end-users, resolving issues, and enhancing system usability to maintain a high-quality user experience.

Quality Assurance: Perform testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the stability, performance, and security of Salesforce applications.

Release Management: Participate in release management processes, including change set deployment, version control, and version upgrades.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer, Community Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable.

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Community Cloud development and UX/UI design.

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce declarative development tools.

• Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and REST/SOAP APIs.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

• Experience with DevOps and version control tools (e.g., Git) is an advantage.
