As the Sales Process and Technology Enablement Leader, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Boomi's sales process and methodology. This role is pivotal in driving the execution of Force Management programs, including Command of the Message and MEDDIC methodologies, and ensuring these frameworks are deeply embedded within the sales team. The Sales Enablement Manager will develop and deliver training programs, partner with sales leadership to address skill gaps, and work with the enablement team to support the seller lifecycle.
What you'll do:
Sales Process Management:
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Boomi's sales process and methodology.
- Drive the execution of Force Management programs, including Command of the Message and MEDDIC methodologies, ensuring these frameworks are deeply embedded within the sales team.
- Develop and deliver training programs that enhance the sales team’s skills and knowledge around these methodologies.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify and address skill gaps across the sales team.
- Partner with enablement to ensure process is activated across the seller lifecycle, including new hire, intermediate hire ramping, and tenured seller programs.
Enablement Tech Stack Oversight:
- Partner with Revenue Operations to strategically manage and enablement of Boomi’s enablement tech stack, which includes Gong, SalesLoft, ShowPad, and SalesForce.
- Ensure seamless integration and utilization of these technologies to support the sales process and improve productivity.
- Monitor and analyze the usage and effectiveness of these tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Strategic Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive cohesive strategies that are activated via Boomi’s Command of the Message
- Act as a bridge between sales and other departments to ensure consistent and effective communication, enabling a unified approach to achieving company objectives.
- Influence and drive leadership decisions based on insights gathered from sales enablement tools and methodologies.
Performance Measurement and Reporting:
- Establish and track metrics to measure the success of sales enablement initiatives.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on the impact and effectiveness of sales enablement programs.
- Continuously seek and incorporate feedback from sales teams to ensure relevance and efficacy.
The Experience you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related roles within a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated success building strategies and programs from design to execution
- Proven experience with sales methodologies such as Command of the Message, MEDDPICC and Challenger Selling
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with sales enablement technologies including Gong, SalesLoft, ShowPad, and SalesForce
- Demonstrated success in leading and implementing sales training programs and enablement technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- High degree of initiative, self-motivation, and resourcefulness

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in the US ranges between $130,583 - $195,875 annually + applicable bonus. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
