Both proactive and reactive, we’re responsible for the technical administration of enterprise application suites, including ERP and CRM. We’re experts in undertaking design, support, monitoring and system tuning activities across the entire application stack, including end-user UI, web and application servers and databases. We also analyze software and hardware problems, coordinate workable solutions and perform system software upgrades.

What you’ll achieve

Manage the administration and development lifecycle of the software and integration systems; including gathering requirements, software development, database management, documentation, testing, implementation, drives user follow up, UAT, and support.   • Plan, coordinate, and supervise team members and activities related to packaged and custom enterprise applications, integrations, data, and reporting systems

  • Oversee projects and provide technical leadership to team members through hands-on software development, coaching, and mentoring

  • Oversee the development and implementation of change control processes for the development team to follow

  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and decision support required for management decision processes, strong resources and capacity planning experiences

  • Assist in the ongoing development of technical best practices for data movement, data quality, data cleansing and other ETL related activities

  • Coordinate and escalate complex situations with vendor support or internal technical staff

  • Work with build teams on software improvement opportunities, process testing, and documenting procedures

  • Understand challenges and recommend solutions that allow the business to achieve its goals; become an expert on internal procedures and business processes

  • Identify gaps in requirements and current capabilities while recommending system and process enhancements

  • Solution architecture and data integration for business applications

  • Develop data definitions, standards and ensure data integrity across applications

Essential Requirements

  • 10+ Yrs experience as a Technical manager

  • Experience in any Combination or any one of the applications is a Must (Netsuite, ServiceNow, Workday, UIpath )

Desirable Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Boomi technology platform products

  • Strong familiarity with web app/site front end design and development principles

  • Understanding of Enterprise software at-large.
