Sales Development Manager, UKI

About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead our UKI SDR team, responsible for generating qualified pipeline and driving revenue growth. This role focuses on pipeline performance, coaching, and execution excellence.

What You’ll Do

Lead Pipeline Generation

  • Own SDR pipeline creation (QOs, ACV, coverage vs Business Targets)
  • Deliver consistent 3–4× pipeline coverage
  • Monitor funnel performance and drive improvements

Coach & Develop the Team

  • Manage and coach a team of SDRs (8–10 reps)
  • Run call coaching, role plays, and deal reviews
  • Develop reps for career progression

Drive Execution Discipline

  • Ensure consistent daily activity (calls, emails, follow-ups)
  • Maintain high standards for CRM hygiene and reporting
  • Enforce structured outreach and workflow adherence

Improve Qualification Quality

  • Ensure strong discovery (Pain, Champion, Next Step)
  • Partner with AEs on deal qualification and handoffs
  • Increase meeting-to-opportunity conversion

Partner Cross-Functionally

  • Align with Sales, Marketing, and Partners
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaigns
  • Support regional pipeline strategy

Manage by Data

  • Track KPIs: QOs, ACV, conversion rates, productivity
  • Deliver weekly performance insights and actions

Leverage Tools & AI

  • Drive adoption of sales tools and automation
  • Improve efficiency through AI-assisted workflows

What We’re Looking For

  • Several years in Sales Development or Inside Sales
  • Few years SDR/BDR team management experience
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and hit targets
  • Experience in SaaS or enterprise technology
  • Strong understanding of outbound and inbound motions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in UKI or EMEA markets
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC

  • Pipeline coverage vs target
  • Conversion rates (SAL → SQO)
  • SDR productivity and attainment
  • AE satisfaction with handoffs
