About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical SDR Manager to lead our growing SDR team. This individual will be responsible for managing and scaling our outbound pipeline generation efforts while coaching and developing a high-performing team of SDRs.
This is a high-impact role that will sit at the center of our go-to-market motion. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to refine our outbound strategy, improve conversion rates, and ensure the SDR team consistently generates qualified pipeline as we continue expanding our presence.
What you’ll work on
Every day is different, but here’s an example of the kind of things you’ll work on. You will:
Manage, coach, and develop a team of SDRs responsible for generating qualified meetings and pipeline
Build and optimize outbound prospecting strategies across target accounts and verticals
Partner closely with AEs to create targeted outbound campaigns (content, events,webinars and market-driven outreach)
Develop and refine SDR playbooks, messaging frameworks, and outreach cadences
Monitor and improve key SDR performance metrics including activity levels, meeting conversion rates, and pipeline generated
Work with RevOps to build reporting, forecasting, and performance dashboards
Support SDR career development through training, call reviews, and regular coaching
Assist the growth team with operational initiatives such as reporting, systems management, and process improvements
Help evaluate and manage the external tech tools used across Sales and Marketing teams
Stay up to date with the key dynamics shaping the US Leveraged Finance, Private Credit, and Structured Finance markets
About You
This role will be a great fit if you have:
Prior experience managing an SDR/BDR team(s) or leading sales development functions. Ideally 2+ years management experience.
4+ years of experience in sales development, pipeline generation, or related go-to-market roles
Strong experience with outbound prospecting strategies and pipeline generation
Experience working with Salesforce (or other CRM systems), Salesloft, Gong, Hubspot, lead generation platforms, and Excel/G Suite
Demonstrated ability to coach and develop high-performing SDRs
Ability to analyze large volumes of data, draw insights, and present clear recommendations
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail
Strong understanding of modern sales development techniques and strategies
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
High level of initiative and a strong desire to build and improve scalable processes

Competitive Salary: $110,000-$130,000 + bonus
