Boomi is seeking a dynamic and innovative Head of Global Sales Plays to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with marketing, revenue operations, and sales leadership to design, execute, and deliver new sales plays that empower our sellers and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing high-impact sales plays tailored to various seller profiles and ideal customer profiles.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with marketing, revenue operations, and sales leadership to understand business objectives, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Design and develop innovative sales plays that align with strategic initiatives and market trends.
  • Create comprehensive playbooks that provide step-by-step guidance for sellers, including messaging, value propositions, and competitive positioning.
  • Customize sales plays to different seller profiles and ideal customer profiles to maximize effectiveness.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plays, including training, enablement, and support.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize sales plays based on performance metrics, feedback from the field, and market insights.
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance on best practices for sales play development and execution.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to inform sales play strategies.

The experience you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, sales enablement, field marketing and / or revenue operations.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing successful sales plays in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making.
  • Self-starter with a results-oriented approach and a passion for driving business impact.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to change.

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this position in the US ranges between $166,280 - $249,420 USD annually + applicable bonus. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
